Our Wellness area has been designed for deep relaxation, regeneration and long term care for your wellbeing. It features three types of saunas, a Kneipp bath, cryotherapy, an ice pool and a relaxation area with refreshments. We also offer wellness massages, body treatments, beauty rituals and Head Spa treatments. Whether you are looking for a moment of calm, personalised care or a renewed sense of vitality, Resort Oblík offers space to reconnect with both body and mind.
Yoga at Oblík
Discover the harmony of nature and movement in our yoga classes. Every Sunday, we offer a unique opportunity to stretch your body and calm your mind in an inspiring environment with a breathtaking view. These classes are open to everyone, not just our hotel guests. Come recharge your energy and find inner peace while enjoying the calming scenery.
When can you visit our Spa?
Thursday to Saturday: 10 am – 8 pm
Sunday: 8 am – 12 pm
We warmly welcome both hotel guests and external visitors aged 12 and above.
Wellness access for external guests: CZK 1,490
Private wellness: CZK 4,000 / 2 hours / maximum 4 people
Wellness access is included for our hotel guests during their stay.
Guests who are not staying at the hotel but have a reserved wellness treatment can enjoy complimentary access to our pools and facilities for up to 5 hours.
For massages and other treatments, we kindly ask you to make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance.
