In just a few days, we’ll provide you with both a physical and mental detox. Daily cryotherapy and other cold exposure methods, IV drips, sauna sessions, and cardio workouts, combined with hands-on activities and workshops focused on inner motivation, resilience, and managing work pace more effectively.
We’ll swap your phone and computer for a journal and a pen. No mercy—we’ll reboot you.
