Lifecube Cryotherapy

Every Friday to Sunday

Discover LifeCube, a state-of-the-art dual-chamber system for full-body cryotherapy, offering you maximum recovery in minimal time.

What is Cryotherapy?

Cryotherapy is a fast and effective recovery method that involves brief exposure of the body to extremely cold air, reaching temperatures as low as -100°C. This process activates the body’s natural regenerative mechanisms, helping to improve health and performance.

How does it work?

LifeCube is equipped with a dual-chamber system:

  • A pre-chamber with a temperature of -30°C for a smooth transition into the main chamber.

  • The main chamber reaches extremely low temperatures, up to -100°C, for maximum regeneration effect.

  • Each session lasts only 2–4 minutes, but its positive effects can be felt throughout the day.
